Salesforce Says the Average Org Runs 13 Agents. The Number That Matters Is 78.

Salesforce's Agentic Enterprise Index reports the average org went from 5 agents to 13. Skills per agent went from 2 to 6. Multiply them and the count of things your org can do autonomously grew roughly eightfold — and on Agentforce, actions inherit the permissions of the Apex and Flows behind them.
